A small set of free, browser-based tools we built for our own engagements and made available to clients. Every one of them runs entirely on your device — nothing you upload or type is ever sent to us or stored on a server.
Bank Statement Extractor
Turn PDF bank statements into a clean, structured Excel workbook. Reads both text-based and scanned statements, with OCR fallback for the latter, and handles the major South African bank layouts.
VAT Schedule Builder
Upload sales and supplier invoices and get a VAT schedule in the standard output and input layout. Reads the invoice date, number, party name and total, uses the VAT printed on the invoice where it appears, and flags anything that doesn't reconcile at 15%.
Public Interest Score Calculator
Work out your company or close corporation's Public Interest Score under Regulation 26(2) of the Companies Act, and see immediately whether an audit, an independent review, or neither is required — with the reasoning set out in full.

A Note On Privacy
Your Files Never Leave Your Browser
Each tool does all of its reading, parsing and calculating on your own device. No invoice, statement or figure is uploaded to us, transmitted to a third party, or retained anywhere after you close the page. The results are yours to check and export.
